TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - A Marana Unified School District crossing guard was arrested for sex crimes Friday.
According to the Pima County Sheriff's Office, detectives executed a warrant at 60-year-old Billy Cruz's home in the 4100 block of West Avocado Street.
Cruz was charged with five counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor and transported to the Pima County Adult Detention Complex. Marana Unified School District provided a statement in regards to these charges.He was arrested on drug charges in Oshkosh in 2015, and then indicted in Milwaukee federal court in 2016.Prosecutors established at trial that during the investigation, Williams tried to intimidate witnesses and ordered them to lie to a grand jury and destroy evidence.“Harvey was every parent’s worst nightmare,” Adam S.
